A: Any member of Scouts Canada may nominate a youth for the Order of the Silver Key.

Q: What is the adjudication process for the Order of the Silver Key?

A: Nominations are received by the Council Youth Commissioner and adjudicated by the Council Youth Network. Q: Can a declined nomination be re-submitted?

A: Yes. A youth can be nominated twice during a Scouting year. If the first nomination is declined, the letter from the CYC will state why, and give direction for re-submission.
