Scouters, With the completion of the current Council Scoutstracker Administrator's term, we are now in the process of onboarding the incoming Admin.   At this time we ask all Groups to stand by as we refine and improve our processes for renewing licenses.  A further communication will follow once the onboarding is complete and the renewal processes are finalized. Shining Waters Council will hold its inaugural Annual Review Meeting on Saturday, November 26th, 1:00 pm, at Grace United Church, 350 Grove St. E, Barrie.  This meeting is open to all Scouters in Shining Waters Council, and will follow a similar format to the Annual General Meetings held in past years. It is with profound sorrow that we mourn alongside the Neville-Lakes following the tragic events of September 27.
